the five toes of the foot are kept apart by a very fine anti-friction thread that reduces irritation when they rub against each other.

with the DECATHLON Sportslab (our R&D department), we have superimposed the map of perspiration rates during physical exercise with that of potential blistering when running in order to put the anti-friction yarn in the right areas. on this model, it starts at the heel, goes through the midfoot arch and finishes on each toe with the aim of reducing chafing.
