Order and Collect is online based purchased through our website www.decathlon.co.id and you can collect your package at the nearest store*

*Kindly note that Order and Collect is free of charge and we will not send the package to your shipping address, you will have to collect the package at our store.

Steps for Order and Collect:

  1. You have to place an order first through our website www.decathlon.co.id
  2. Choose shipping method to Order and Collect and choose the nearest store from you (Alam Sutera / Bekasi / Mall Taman Anggrek)
  3. Proceed to checkout for payment and click MIDTRANS and choose the payment method you'd like to do
  4. After completed payment, you can pick up your the package at our store within minimum 3 hours after transaction*

*Kindly note we have limit time for Order and Collect which at 3:00 PM everyday, so if you want to pick up the package at the same day of your purchase, please complete your payment before our limit time

Pick up Order and Collect

Follow these steps to pick up your package:

  1. Visit the store you have picked (Alam Sutera / Bekasi / Mall Taman Anggrek / Mall of Indonesia)
  2. Go to the receptionist and bring your ORDER ID number (order id: 136389)
  3. Fill out Order and Collect form at the receptionist
  4. You can collect your package :)

I have not received my order confirmation has my order gone through?

You’ve followed all the steps to place your order and made your payment with no difficulty, and you have received Order ID? Thats great!

Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for your order to be confirmed. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation through your Email.

Now you will be able to follow your order status in your personal account at www.decathlon.co.id and choose "My Account"

How to order via website?

Here are the procedure:

  1. Go to our website at www.decathlon.co.id
  2. Login your website account by inserting your email address and password. If you don't have an website account, you can create your new website account by click "Create Account" in the website.
  3. Search your product that you want to purchase in the search engine or click menu in the up left side of the website.
  4. Click "Add to Cart". If you want to add the product, click "Continue Shopping" and if you want to payment immediately, click "Proceed to Checkout".
  5. On address, make sure that you already inserting your address and zip code. If you want to change the address, click "Update".
  6. Choose the delivery method that you want and make sure that you already read the information of each delivery method first in order to avoiding misinformation and click terms and condition.
  7. If you finished order process, choose "Confirm My Order", then click MIDTRANS* and you can choose payment method that you want and make sure that you already pay immediately after place an order**

Can I place an order over the phone/WhatsApp?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders via phone or WhatsApp.

Orders have to be online through website with a valid account to allow tracking.

How long do i have to wait for my order?

Each product description indicates the time it takes to process your order.

The total delivery time includes the warehouse processing time and home delivery by our carriers.

Once you have all your items in your basket, you will see the estimated delivery date just below your selected Shipping Method.

The delivery date is based on the delivery date of the product with the longest delivery time.

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and shortly after you will be able to track your order.

What are the methods of payment in website?

How can I exchange my item?

If you are Decathlon's loyalty member and an online user through website, we allow up to lifetime to return your items in following cases:

In-store purchases

Please follow steps below:

  • Bring along the item(s) and receipt
  • Come to the Welcome Desk area and we will process your product exchange.

Online purchases

If you are an online user, you need to follow this step:

  2. Please inform us your order number and product you would like to exchange (name, size, color) and why you want to exchange?
  3. Pack the item(s) that you would like to exchange, and you MUST attach the receipt.

What is Second Life?

In order to stop throwing away products that can still make people happy, we give a second life to products that are not new or have a slight defect by reselling them at a reduced price in our stores.

Where do second life products come from?

Our second life products are products that have a defect and cannot be resold as new, products that we have bought back from our customers, and non-new products that come from our customers' returns.

For now in Alam Sutera, products are from our stock (writedowns, display, tested products, customer return) and we do not buy back products from customers.

We control, clean and repair if necessary all our second life products in order to guarantee you a use identical to a new product!

Why does a product go into second life?

An article can be treated in second life for various reasons:

- after an internet order, the product arrived defective at a customer's place, who therefore sent it back

- the product's packaging was damaged in the warehouse or during transport, making it impossible to sell it as new

- the product was on display in the store

- an athlete tested the product and was not satisfied with it and sent it back to us

What kind of products are sold at Second Life?

In Second Life space, you can find various products like : bike being ridden 3-4 times, a visible hole on tent, default color of wetsuit, missing pieces in package of fitness elastic band...

What is a reconditioned product?

A reconditioned product is an item that has been returned to us defective and that our Decathlon teammates have diagnosed, assembled, repaired and tested to ensure its proper functioning;

Where can I buy Second Life products?

You have the opportunity to purchase a second life product at all our stores at Jabodetabek.

  

If you would like to purchase a second life product, please go directly to the store to purchase it. Home delivery is not yet available for these products.

How is the pricing of the Second Life products?

The pricing of Second Life products is defined according to the condition of the product and its original price. We have different grades applied to a Second Life product : Excellent condition, Very good condition, Good condition, Fair condition, Long SLT, Packaging.

How is the refund/exchange/warranty policy?

There are no refund/exchange/warranty for Second Life Products. With best price, all sales are final!

What defects do Second Life products have?

We repair all the defects which can block the good functioning of the product.

On the other hand, some products may still have cosmetic defects such as scratches, scuffs or marks.

Can I have a second life product delivered?

We do not yet offer a delivery service for our second life products sold in stores. These products are only available for purchase in the store where they are on sale and cannot be delivered to another store

You can sell your products, for now, only in our store in Pondok Indah. You will need to come physically to our store in Pondok Indah to participate in Second Life Sales Deposit.

What are the types of products accepted to be sold through Second Life Sales Deposit?

Sports equipment will be accepted to be sold , under the following conditions:

Conditions for Decathlon brands:

- Not a safety product such as helmets and protectors;

- Not underwears and socks;

- Not electronic devices;

- The product is provided in clean and spotless condition;

- Product value cannot be less than Rp. 20,000.

Conditions for brands outside of Decathlon:

- Not a safety product such as helmets and protectors;

- Not underwears and socks;

- Not electronic devices;

- Not casual apparel such as: sweat shirt, hoodies, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops, sneakers, sandals, polo shirts;

- The product is provided in clean and spotless condition;

- Product value cannot be less than Rp. 20,000.

You can go directly to our store in Pondok Indah and see our space dedicated for Second Life Sales Deposit products. After, you can pay for your purchase directly at the cashier, same as a non-Second Life product.
