HOW TO DO REFUND & EXCHANGE?
Purchase at the store (Offline Purchases)
- Visit our store to return/exchange products by bringing the product you want to return/exchange in new condition, along with all tags/labels. For those who are already Loyalty Members of Decathlon Indonesia, product returns and exchanges can be done without using a receipt.
Note: purchase of products that you want to exchange or return must use the loyalty membership (listed in the transaction). - For non-members, you are required to bring your shopping receipt and show it to our staff at the welcome desk/reception desk. Product returns and exchanges are valid only for 7 days.
Purchase at Website/Mobile Application (Online Purchases)
Products returns/exchanges possible to do in the following ways :
- Please kindly fill our refund & exchange form (CLICK HERE).
- Please ensure that you insert the necessary documents inside the returned package.
Any Courier Services (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Pos Indonesia, etc.)
- Make sure you write your ORDER ID inside the package, and pack it.
- Send your package to the address as written in the payment receipt (if there's no receipt, please send it to Decathlon Mall Of Indonesia):

Notes :
- The cost of returning or exchanging a product will be at your charge.
- If there is an error in the delivery of your order, we will refund the shipping cost.

Product return and exchange policy
The following are the policies in product decision and exchange:
- For members, make sure the product you want to exchange or refund is a purchase using the Loyalty Membership number (recorded in our system).
- If there is an error from our production, the product is allowed to be exchanged or refunded.
- Products that you wish to return or exchange must be new.
- For undergarments such as underwear, bras, etc. cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reason.
- Products defects with the utility that is not in accordance with the function or specifications of the product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- For online purchases (on our website www.decathlon.co.id or the Decathlon Indonesia application), please write down the reason for exchanging or returning the product so we can improve our services.
- Refund process is 3 - 14 (three to fourteen) working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- For online purchases, i.e. website, and mobile application, please follow the exchange and refund procedure.
- Exchange requests will be processed on business days only (Monday to Friday).
