Purchase at the store (Offline Purchases)

  1. Visit our store to return/exchange products by bringing the product you want to return/exchange in new condition, along with all tags/labels. For those who are already Loyalty Members of Decathlon Indonesia, product returns and exchanges can be done without using a receipt.
    Note: purchase of products that you want to exchange or return must use the loyalty membership (listed in the transaction).
  2. For non-members, you are required to bring your shopping receipt and show it to our staff at the welcome desk/reception desk. Product returns and exchanges are valid only for 7 days.

Purchase at Website (Online Purchases)

Products returns/exchanges possible to do in the following ways :


  1. Please kindly fill our refund & exchange form (CLICK HERE).
  2. Then, contact us by phone 0817 4848 448 or by email at contact.indonesia@decathlon.com to confirm with our team.
  3. Our team will send you an email to provide the airwaybill’s number. You will show this airwaybill’s number at the Indomaret cashier. (With this airwaybill’s number, you don't need to pay anything to the cashier).
  4. Make sure you write your Order ID (for example #101234) and include the receipt inside the package, and pack it.
  5. Drop your package to the nearest Indomaret.
  6. We will only proceed your request once we have received your package.

Notes :

  • This service is free of charge.
  • Currently the service is not yet available in Denpasar.

Any Courier Services (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Pos Indonesia, etc.)

  1. Make sure you write your ORDER ID and include the receipt inside the package, and pack it.
  2. Send your package to the address as written in the payment receipt (if there's no receipt, please send it to Decathlon Alam Sutera):

Product return and exchange policy

The following are the policies in product decision and exchange:

  • For members, make sure the product you want to return or exchange is a purchase using the Loyalty Member number (recorded in our system).
  • If there is an error from our production, the product is allowed to be exchanged and returned.
  • Products returned or exchanged must be new and fit for use.
  • For underwear such as underwear, bras, etc. can only be exchanged/returned in new conditions.
  • Product defects with use that are not in accordance with the function or specifications of the product cannot be exchanged.
  • For online purchases (on our website www.decathlon.co.id or the Decathlon Indonesia application), please write down the reason for returning or exchanging the product so we can improve our services.
