HOW TO DO EXCHANGE/ REFUND ?

Purchase at store (offline)

  1. Come to our store where you make the purchase of the product
  2. Bring the receipt and hand it to our staff at welcome desk/ receptionist

Purchase at Website (online)

  1. Please kindly fill in below form:
  2. Make sure you write your ORDER ID and include the receipt inside the package, and pack it.
  3. Send your package to:

REFUND OR EXCHANGE EXPENSE

The cost of returning or exchanging a product will be at your charge. If your order is faulty, Decathlon will pay for the cost. To claim the shipping fee, please fill in refund form above and put the reason of your claim.
