The ball allows you to amplify your muscular work. As evidence to support this, we asked 25 people to do an elevated lunge (using just one hand) with a 3 kg medicine ball, then with a 3 kg water ball. Here are the average results obtained comparing the 2 products: our water ball leads to a 36% increase in biceps work, a 21% increase in abs work, and a 17% increase for the glutes. Impressive, isn't it?

WHICH WEIGHT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

We recommend choosing the weight of your ball based on the muscle group you want to work. Lower body muscles are stronger than those of the upper body, so you can use a heavier ball for squats or lunges (from 1 kg). !

3 good reasons to include a ball in your fitness session
