The 100 punching bag comes filled with fabric offcuts. This makes good use of waste from clothing manufacturing.
It's covered with a polyester fabric.

How to hang your 100 punching bag

You have several options for hanging up your punching bag:
- A ceiling hook: a specific fixing for hanging your bag from the ceiling.
- A wall bracket: perfect for attaching it to a wall.
- A freestanding base: a bracket that doesn't need to be fixed to anything, but does need to be weighed down.
