How it was designed...
Fully designed and validated by our team.
Why have we chosen the Push-pin? Some users do not want to make adjusting their poles more complicated than it needs to be. This system is simple, reliable, light and cheap.
Why are the tubes oversize? Because this model is designed for walkers who need to be reassured about their reliability.
Why a straight foam handle? Because our field tests have shown that comfort is better than with a plastic handle.
Directions for use
These hiking poles are designed to help you balance, propel yourself and spread the effort between the arms and legs.
To increase safety, before you start and at regular intervals, check your pole's locking mechanism by pressing down hard on it.
Do not attach to your rucksack in stormy weather.
Why sell them individually?
Here at Decathlon, we’ve decided to sell our hiking/trekking poles individually. Partly for reasons of use. Indeed, some people only want to use one pole. So this meets their needs.
Also, if one of your poles breaks, it means you can buy just a single pole rather than a complete pair.
