Our dips kit is very easy to install.
- Be sure to follow the Right and Left markings
- Put the stem into the hole that corresponds to the height you need on each side
- It's all ready!

If you're just beginning, you can lighten your load using an elastic band and increase its resistance gradually as you improve.

Our coach helps you use your dips kit
Depending on your level, you can do your dips in 3 different ways:
- Beginner: remove weight with an elastic band (base resistance on your level) and do 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps
- Intermediate: do your dips with body weight: 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps
- Advanced: add weight, and increase your load gradually
Keep improving by adding 1 rep or a bit of weight each week.
