HOW TO ADJUST YOUR SKIPPING ROPE
Fully tighten the screws using a screwdriver once you have adjusted the rope to your height.
Ideally, the handles of your skipping rope should come up to your armpits when you stand on the centre of the rope.(Watch the video in the product file)
PREVENTING WEAR ON YOUR SKIPPING ROPE
This skipping rope is equipped with a very fine steel cable.
This makes the rope lighter so it can rotate faster.
The cable will wear out more quickly if used on abrasive or rough surfaces.
It is therefore very important to train on a smooth surface so that the cable retains its properties as long as possible.
USING YOUR SKIPPING ROPE OUTDOORS
If you want to use your skipping rope outdoors, be sure to use the clear protective sheath that comes with it to keep the cable in good condition.
Simply place it around the middle of the cable where it comes into contact with the ground. (Watch the video in the product file).
This will substantially reduce wear on your skipping rope.
Using the sheath will make the skipping rope slightly heavier.
USING YOUR SKIPPING ROPE INDOORS
When using indoors, if the floors are not too rough, we suggest not using the protective sheath to lighten your skipping rope and make the rotation easier.
