Our hiking designers have developed these leather sandals for you to wear in hot and dry weather on occasional walks in the countryside.

These sandals have good grip, and are ideal for summer hikes on country paths. The leather in the upper section and in the sole helps with good hygiene.

Grippy soles on natural footpaths

The sole’s design is the result of long research carried out in our labs. It is composed of a specific rubber formula which optimises grip and traction. Since not all needs are the same, we are always looking for the best solution to develop on loose, country trails (unpaved forest paths) and mineral trails (like a coastal path).

Designed for use on country trails

Our walking sandals are designed for use on country trails. We choose and test the components of our soles to best adapt to the practice of hiking on soft footpaths (for example, woodland earthy footpaths) or mineral footpaths (for example, rocky coastal footpaths). Road use (tarmac) may lead to the premature wear of your soles.
Do not use them on mountain trails with lots of elevation gains.

What is the origin of our leather?

We use a leather called "split leather".
The leather used on these sandals comes from cows. We do not kill any animals to obtain this leather: we only use leather waste from the agrofood industry.
