With its 3 pockets, the flask holder allows you to carry your essentials during your short outings:
- The front stretch pocket is for storing your keys or phone
- The small rear pocket is for carrying a gel or energy bar
- And naturally, the main pocket at the rear is for your flexible 500 mL flask

How to adjust your flask holder trail running hydration belt

So that it fits your body shape better, the flask holder belt is available in two sizes: XS/S and M/L
In order to get your belt on and adjust it, there are 2 Velcro straps on the sides: This allows you to adjust your belt while running in a single step.
Finally, your belt is worn on the hips, i.e. "low on the waist"! This prevents it from swaying when running.

How to store your 500 mL flask while running

The fabric pocket flap secures the flexible flask while you are running.
In order to reposition your flask after use, you can pull the tab of the flap to widen the opening.
To make things even easier, you can also rotate the belt to bring the pocket to the front while you insert your flask.
