Which weight is right for you?
The weight depends on the exercises being done. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges (from 1.5kg).

Static vs dynamic exercises: what's the difference?
During dynamic exercises, use the weights for wrists and ankles. With these practical, flexible weights, you can do hip extensions without worrying about the weight as it's already on your ankle.
For static exercises, sand discs are recommended. They aim to intensify exercises such as planks. The texture and shape allow you to do your exercises safely.
Challenge yourself and add an extra 20 seconds to your core work exercises while using this sand disc!
