TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Silicone skirt

The skirt of this mask (the soft part of the mask in contact with the face) is made of silicone, an extremely flexible material.
A silicone skirt fits flexibly to the contours of the face, creating a watertight seal.
The thickness of the single-lens SCD 500 is optimised to ensure an optimal seal, with the thinnest possible skirt to avoid discomfort and points of contact on the face.

Choice of colours and sizes

The single-lens SCD 500 mask is available in two colours: Blue/yellow and purple/light blue.
The opaque skirts help reduce glare due to light conditions.
The use of the fluorescent yellow on one of the designs helps increase the diver's visibility in cloudy water.

This mask is available in two sizes (M and L) so that everyone can find the mask that suits them.

Tempered glass lenses

Tempered glass is two to five times more durable than traditional glass. When it shatters, it breaks into small pieces, reducing the risk of a major accident. It has the advantage of better scratch resistance compared to a polycarbonate lens.

Mask adjustment

Micrometric buckles together with the notched strap on either side of the mask allow easy and highly accurate adjustment of the mask, even when wearing gloves.
