A "well-being" strength workout recommended by our coach (1/2)

Allow 1 to 1.5 minutes for recovery between each set. Here are the exercises to do:
- Goblet squat with Kettlebell:3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Kettlebell sumo deadlift: 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Knee push-ups : 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Bungee pull :3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Elbow plank exercises: 3 sets of 20 to 40 seconds

Our trainer's advice for improving your training (2/2)

For each exercise, start with the lowest number of reps (ensure that you don't go until failure, and leave a margin of 2 reps compared to your maximum), then increase by one rep per week until you reach the higher number in the recommended range. You can then increase your weight.
