Steps to Sell Your Sports Products at Decathlon Second Life :
1. Bring your sports products to the nearest Decathlon store
2. Check the products and determine their selling price
3. When your product is successfully sold, you will receive a gift card!
Terms & Conditions Selling Your Sports Products at Decathlon Second Life :
Conditions for Decathlon brands:
Not a safety product such as helmets and protectors;
Not underwears and socks;
Not electronic devices;
The product is provided in clean and spotless condition;
Product value cannot be less than Rp. 20,000.
Conditions for brands outside of Decathlon:
Not a safety product such as helmets and protectors;
Not underwears and socks;
Not electronic devices;
Not casual apparel such as: sweat shirt, hoodies, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops, sneakers, sandals, polo shirts;
The product is provided in clean and spotless condition;
Product value cannot be less than Rp. 20,000."
Seller shall drop their products at all Decathlon stores in Greater Jakarta for inspection by the assessors of Second Life Sale Deposit. The inspection is to determine the quality of the product and the safety. Decathlon Indonesia reserves the right to reject or accept the product with its own considerations based on the examination/inspection result. Products that pass verification will receive a label on the product.
The Seller has the right to determine the selling price as long as it is not higher than the price at the time of the initial purchase of the product.
Decathlon Indonesia will help to sell the product in a maximum of 60 (sixty) days.
Decathlon Indonesia berhak untuk sewaktu-waktu mengenakan diskon pada produk yang akan dijual yang pelaksanaannya mengikuti kesepakatan antara DSI dengan masing-masing Penjual.
"The Seller will receive payment in the form of an e-Gift Card which will be sent to Whatsapp or Email after the product is sold. The e-Gift Card will have a validity period of 6 (six) months from when the e-Gift Card is received by the Seller. e-Gift Cards are only allowed to be used at all DecathlonIndonesia physical stores in Jakarta Raya, as follows:
Decathlon Pondok Indah
Decathlon Alam Sutera
Decathlon Summarecon Bekasi
Decathlon Mall Taman Anggrek
Decathlon Mall of Indonesia
Decathlon Kota Kasablanka"
e-Gift Cards cannot be used for transactions via the Decathlon Indonesia website and application.
If the product has not been sold within 60 (sixty) days, the Seller must pick up the product at Decathlon Pondok Indah no later than 7 (seven) days. If the product is not collected within 7 (seven) days, Decathlon Indonesia reserves the right to donate the product to any party.
Decathlon Indonesia may revise these terms and conditions from time to time if necessary without prior notice to User dan Penjual.
User and Seller hereby agree to release Decathlon Indonesia from any claims and disputes arising from interaction and/or transactions of the secondhand products.
Matters that are not specifically regulated in the Playground between the Seller and Decathlon Indonesia will be re-communicated and will be discussed (if deemed necessary) between Decathlon Indonesia and the Seller from time to time.
By deciding to participate, Users and Sellers are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions that apply in this Playground.
