HOW TO DO EXCHANGE/ REFUND ?

Purchase at store (offline)

  1. Come to our store where you make the purchase of the product
  2. Bring the receipt and hand it to our staff at welcome desk/ receptionist

Purchase at Website (online)

  1. Make sure you write your ORDER ID and include the receipt inside the package, and pack it.
  2. Send your package to the address as writen in the payment receipt (if there's no receipt, please send to Decathlon Alam Sutera):

Product return and exchange policy

Following are the policies in product decision and exchange:

  • Product returns and exchanges are required to accompany shopping receipts for non-members with a time limit of 1 (one) week. For those who are already Decathlon members, returns and exchanges can be done without using a receipt.
  • For members, returns and exchanges are certain to be recorded in our system.
  • For underwear such as underwear and bras, etc. can be exchanged / returned in new condition.
  • The use of a product that is not in accordance with the function or specifications of the product.
  • For online purchases (our website at www.decathlon.co.id or the Decathlon Indonesia application), please write the reason for the return or exchange of the product. This reason is so that we can improve our performance.
  • For online purchases, if the shipping error is caused by Decathlon, your shipping costs will be borne by Decathlon.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE EXPENSE

The cost of returning or exchanging a product will be at your charge. If your order is faulty, Decathlon will pay for the cost. To claim the shipping fee, please fill in refund form above and put the reason of your claim.
