How to manage your hydration with a 5 L pack
This 5 l bag is designed to carry 2 Kalenji 500 ml soft water bottles in the 2 front pockets. What's more, the soft shape means that they can be grabbed more easily or that you can drink from them without taking them out of their pockets.
2 x 500 ml is often the minimum mandatory requirement for short or middle-distance trail running races.
If you want to carry more fluids, take a 500 ml flask water bottle rather than a water bladder in your rear pocket.
How does the low-weight high-performance design work?
The 5 l trail running vest has a fitted cut. This prevents your things from moving about when running.
You have a 110 dB emergency whistle near to your mouth - compulsory for trail running events.
You can unroll the adjustment straps to prevent them from dangling and adjust their height.
The side pockets are big and have rip-tabs for quick access.
The pocket tabs make them easy to open even when you are tired.
How to pack your 5 L bag
To start, put your wind jacket and survival blanket in the rear pocket of the bag.
Then, put the bag on and adjust the height and length of the straps.
In the side pockets, you can store your phone, keys, gels and cereal bars.
Finally, all that remains is to put your flexible water bottles in the shoulder straps and you're ready for your trail run!
