FOR WHICH ACTIVITIES?
For Aquagym and Aquajogging.
Aquajogging is a water activity allowing you to move in the water by recreating the technique of running. This activity helps you to tone your body by boosting your cardio workout to improve your long-term cardiac endurance. You can exercise in deep water with a buoyancy belt or with your feet on a Aquajogging treadmill.
Keeping your bust on the surface of the water, the EVA foam belt fits your back snugly for optimal comfort during use.
ADVICE ON USE
Position the belt at the bottom of your back, the adjustment strap should sit on your waist to maximise your comfort during use. The curved part of the belt should be placed at the top.
