1. What payment methods does Decathlon accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards:

Virtual Account / ATM:
BCA             

** Please make sure your Visa/Mastercard has online shopping feature activated, if you encounter issues during payment, this may be the reason. For more information, please contact your bank.

2. Credit card

To make a payment by credit card (Full Payment), please follow the instructions 
below:

  1. Select Credit Card at the payment page
  2. The contents of each column is in the form of Credit Card payment:
    • Credit card number
    • The name on the credit card
    • Month and year of expiry of your credit card
    • The security code is 3 (three) last digit (Visa / Master / JCB), located at the back of the Credit Card
Check the box to 'Save card information' to save your credit card for subsequent transactions You will be redirected to the page of security (3D Secure) on your credit card issuing bank. Please enter the security code sent to your phone number Payment Completed

NOTE

  • Make sure your personal information is correct and in accordance with data recorded on your credit card.
  • Keep your credit card for the next transaction using credit card with a faster and safer.
  • If you store a credit card, the next transaction you just need to fill in the Security Code without having to recharge your credit card data.
  • Decathlon will not store the security code on your card
  • Decathlon will not store other data besides you enter
  • Decathlon will not store the data of your card without your approval of

If you store your credit card for the transaction at Decathlon, please follow these steps to order payment:

  1. Select Credit Card at the payment page
    Choose a Credit Card that you want to use to make payments (If you store more than 1 (one) Credit Card). Or select Use
  2. Another card if you want to use a different credit card
  3. Enter the security code that is three (3) last digit (Visa / Master / JCB), located at the back of the Credit Card
  4. Enter the month and year of your Credit Card Expiration
  5. You will be redirected to the page of security (3D Secure) on your credit card issuing bank. Please enter the security code sent to your phone number
  6. Payment Completed

3. Virtual Account/ATM: (coming soon)

Via ATM BCA

  1. The minimum payment is Rp 10,000
  2. Select the "Other Transactions"
  3. Select the "Transfer"
  4. Select the "To Rek BCA Virtual Account * 1 (One) Pay Code is only valid for 1 (One) Order Number
  5. Enter your Virtual Account Pay Code and select True
  6. Check back Code and the Virtual Account Pay Your Payment Amount, if it is appropriate choose YES
  7. Follow the next steps until the transaction is completed

Via Internet Banking BCA

  1. The minimum payment is Rp 10,000
  2. Select the "Transfer to BCA Virtual Account"
  3. Enter the code of pay in the "Virtual Account Number", then press the Continue 
    * 1 (One) Pay Code is only valid for 1 (One) Order Number
  4. Check back Code and the Virtual Account Pay Your Payment Amount, if it is appropriate PIN Key BCA APPLI 1
  5. Follow the next steps until the transaction is completed

Via m-BCA (BCA Mobile)

  1. The minimum payment is Rp 10,000
  2. Select the 'm-BCA'
  3. Select the 'm-Transfer'
  4. Select 'BCA Virtual Account'
  5. Enter the code BCA Virtual Account Pay You then select OK
  6. Shown confirmation Pay Code BCA Virtual Account and debiting accounts, then Send
  7. Check back Code and the Virtual Account Pay Your Payment Amount, if it is appropriate choose YES
  8. Follow the next steps until the transaction is completed

4. Does Decathlon see the card details I enter?

We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all orders placed. This encryption allows an high level security for your transactions.Transmission of your card details and personal details are fully secure.


Your personal details (such as your address and phone number) are also safe and unaccessible by others.

5. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

It will take up to 15-20 working days for a refund to show up in your account. This period may vary from bank (our service provider: KBank) to bank (your bank).

Refund will be processed the day after your purchase was made. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter.
